How do I know whether an item is in stock? |
|
All items that are in stock are marked as “IN STOCK” in green text on the product description, beneath the price. They will also be available to add to basket, unlike the out of stock items. Our stock system is live meaning it updates every time an order is placed. Unfortunately it isn’t accurate 100% of the time, due to general discrepencies. On the rare occasion that an item you’e ordered is out of stock, we will notify you ASAP via telephone or email. Please enter accurate contact details at the checkout! |

Will this item be restocked? |
|
A lot of specilaity products from Japan and Korea are rare and difficult to get hold of, and many of them are limited editions meaning that once they sell out, they can’t be restocked. If you see an item you love, it’s best to grab it while you can! There are some items that can be restocked but due to the erratic manufacturing schedules in Japan and Korea, it can be quite difficult to know arrival dates. However please feel free to contact us, and and we’ll advise you as best as we can! |

What currencies does ARTBOX.co.uk accept? |

ARTBOX.co.uk is a UK-based company and we currently only accept payments in GBP (British Pounds). However, customers outside of the UK can still order from us with their cards! We accept most major credit and debit cards, and although the payment is made in GBP, your bank will automatically convert it into your local currency when the payment is debited from your account. |

What about the currency converter feature? |

By default the prices on ARTBOX.co.uk are shown in GBP (British pounds). You can change the currency using the drop-down box on the top bar of the page, but please note this is just a rough indication as exchange rates can fluctuate dramatically before we are able to update them on our website. When you pay in GBP with an account that uses a different currency, the exact rate is determined by the conversion rate used by your bank. |
