| A MESSAGE FROM THE ARTBOX TEAM: OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19 |

To all of our wonderful guests and customers,
We hope that you and those close to you are keeping safe and helping each other through this challenging period in our lives. It’s times like these that we realise just how important it is to work together and show kindness to others around us, whether they’re our loved ones or complete strangers.
Here’s an update on the ARTBOX team’s current situation;
• ARTBOX.co.uk is still operational, and dispatching all web orders
• ARTBOX Covent Garden in London is now open 7 days a week
• ARTBOX Cafe in Brighton is now open 7 days a week for take out and sit down service
And here’s the measures that have been put into place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the ARTBOX.co.uk web order team, and our wonderful online customers;
• The web team is operating with reduced staffing, and working hard to pack and dispatch all orders as normal
• Additional cleaning and sanitising measures are being taken in and around our web order dispatch warehouse
• The web team are making use of masks, hand sanitisers and very regular hand washing
• Work stations have been separated, allowing team members to keep a safe distance away from one another
• Royal Mail is collecting packages once daily from our premises, and keeping a safe distance from staff members whilst doing so
Your continued web orders and positive messages and comments on social media are keeping our spirits and energy up! During this time of social distancing and self-isolation, online retail is being encouraged by the government, and we hope your package from ARTBOX.co.uk can bring a little extra cuteness and sunshine to your life. Please continue to shop online and support small businesses whenever you can, although we understand this is not possible for everyone.
Our dispatch times are slightly longer than usual but orders should arrive within the delivery guidelines shown at the checkout. The estimate begins on the same day (if ordered before 2pm on a working day) or the next working day (if ordered after 2pm). Please note that working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays. For more information about the current Royal Mail guidance, click here.
The ARTBOX brand was born from a passion for individuality, diversity and fun. We’re very lucky to have built up a family of creative, passionate and caring team members from all backgrounds and walks of life, and are thankful to them all for the dedication and kindness they’re showing throughout this difficult time.
We’re also very grateful to have opportunities to work with many inspiring brands from all over the world, and we have been humbled to be able to do all of this because of you, our amazing guests and customers. Whether you visited ARTBOX Covent Garden or ARTBOX Cafe, popped by the ARTBOX pop-up at an event, or order from us online - we consider you all part of the ARTBOX family, and would like to thank you sincerely for your support.
