Tracking Your Package

To track your package:

  • Log on to your account here
  • View your order history here
  • Press "VIEW" for the order you want to query
  • In the bottom of the page under "Order History" you will see the status of your package. If this states "dispatched" you should also have been provided with a "signed for" or "tracking" number.
  • Click on the number (only works for postal deliveries - Not courier delivery) and your package will be tracked.
  • For courier deliveries, go to the named courier website to track your package using the tracking number provided

NOTE for AMAZON PAYMENTS CUSTOMERS - follow these steps to track your package on artbox.co.uk:

  • go to https://www.artbox.co.uk/login.php and type in your email address in "Forgot My Password" and and email will be sent to you with your new password.
  • if you have not received this within 5 minutes check your spam/junk mail folder
  • Use the email address and the new password to access your account

You can also track your package easily online in the following countries using your package tracking number (to retrieve your tracking number follow the instructions above):

* The tracking links above have been checked and work with our delivery references for standard (not courier) deliveries. The links worked at the time of adding them, but may change without any notice. If they do not work please let us know and we will update them asap.

NOTE: Signed for deliveries are only trackable once a delivery attempt has been made or when a delivery has taken place. If the tracking for your package states that an attempt has been made you have 7 days to re-arrange delivery or to collect this from the sorting office (may vary from country to country) before the package is returned to us. We charge £1.75 for re-deliveries within the UK. European and International deliveries are charged at the rate set on your order.
