  • Normally takes 1-2 days for delivery not including Sundays or Bank Holidays.

• Next Day Guaranteed Delivery (Special Delivery)
  • Delivered the next day any time from 9-17 including on Saturdays.
  • No deliveries on Sundays or bank Holidays.
  • Order before 17.00 on a weekday to have delivery next day guaranteed.
  • Recommended if your order is time sensitive. Cost: from £5.50
• Courier delivery
  • Takes 24-48 hours (possibly longer if you live in a remote area).
  • For orders weighing over 2Kg or bulky items.
  • Cost: £8.00 or free with orders over £30
• Collection
  • Collect in person from the Artbox Warehouse or Covent Garden shop
  • To collect from Warehouse (this is not a shop!):
    • Collection time 14.00-19.00 weekdays only
    • Order at least 2 hours before collecting your package
  • To collect from the Artbox Covent Garden shop
    • Order before 19.00 the day before
    • Collect between 10.00-19.00 (the day after placing your order)
  • Collecting in person is free of charge
