How does it work?

• You contact us with your products attached in a max 1Mb attachment
• We check your images to make sure your products are suitable for our audience
• If you are successful we request the following:
  • product images (400x400 pixels, white background, product out to edges of image)
  • product pricing (in Pounds Sterling)
  • product specification (material, size, etc)
• Once your images are ready you have the option to send a small quantitiy of your product to our warehouse for better and faster customer service
• There is nothing to pay until you make a sale
• Our sales commission is 25% exclusive of VAT

How do I know a sale has been made?

• We run a monthly sales report for all our concession brands and email this to you
• In the report you will see quantitiy of products sold and the total value
• You send us an invoice based on this report (minus any commissions due)

What do I do if I dont want to continue selling on Artbox?

• Simply let us know and we will take your products offline within 48 hours, issue a final report
• We will also return any remaining products in our warehouse
