For a full refund let us know within 7 days of receipt of your order that you want a refund and this will be actioned once we receive the items in return.
The original delivery costs are only refundable if you let us know within 7 days of receipt of your goods that you do not wish to keep any of the items in your order.
Return postage/delivery costs are covered by the customer.
Please note that the goods remain the customers responsibility until we receive them. If you are unsure, please use an insured delivery option such as "signed for" delivery.
DAMAGED GOODS / ITEMS RECEIVED IN ERROR
Note that you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of your package to report any damaged, missing items or items sent in error.
We are sorry if you have received the wrong , a faulty or damaged item. Whereas we take all possible precautions to ensure that your goods arrive safely and in a good condition there may be the rare occasion when something goes wrong. What we are good at is fixing those occasions!
A replacement or a refund (if the item is sold out) will be issued as soon as possible. Where reasonable and practical we will also inclde a free returns bag.
Note that Artbox do not cover returns or exchange postage. We do everything we can to keep down delivery costs and are unable to issue free returns for exchanges.
Place a new order for the item you want and, return the unwanted item in a re-sellable condition. A refund will normally be issued within 7days of receipt of your item.
